Automated backport of #3906 to stable (backport job run).

AI recommendation: This is a small bug fix to existing UI behavior: it stops the event payload from flashing empty while decrypted data reloads, by no longer clearing loadedEventData before the refresh resolves. I verified packages/web-shared/src/components/event-list-view.tsx exists on stable and still contains the identical setLoadedEventData(null) line, so the defect is present there and the fix is a patch-level correction with no new capability.

Automated backport of #3906 to stable (backport job run).
AI recommendation: This is a small bug fix to existing UI behavior: it stops the event payload from flashing empty while decrypted data reloads, by no longer clearing loadedEventData before the refresh resolves. I verified packages/web-shared/src/components/event-list-view.tsx exists on stable and still contains the identical setLoadedEventData(null) line, so the defect is present there and the fix is a patch-level correction with no new capability.
