[web-shared] Improve spacing, styling, and scroll behavior of trace viewer sidebar

This PR:

• Improves error styling across the app
• Polishes the AI step conversation display in the sidebar
  • Not longer scrolls separately (too many scrollbars)
  • Updated color of tabs to look consistent when web-shared is embedded in other UIs
