Seems json is (at least) compatible with json payload from Newtonsoft.Json:

{"ct":"bc2s","p":{"Name":"my sequence","Loop":true,"ControlPoints":[{"Value":-0.3,"DurationMs":1000},{"Value":0.45,"DurationMs":500}],"TotalDurationMs":1500}}
