Added sections documenting system sound themes and browser integration packages for KDE Plasma. Other distributions include these packages by default, so users may expect this functionality.

Sorry. I update the commit message to follow CONTRIBUTING.md
I didn't make any changes to installation/live-images/prep.md. The link is valid but I believe the test is failing because of cloudflare protection. Would you like me to remove that link in an additional PR?

Created #885 to add kde.org to the exclude list in book.toml so tests can pass again. Once merged I will rebase this PR.

Made the commit message shorter. Ran the CI script local, it should only be a warning now.
