Output the value of the config file to terminal (or maybe open the default text editor) if the config file exists already?

The behaviour of config is now to output a json blob that would serve as a valid configuration. The work left here is perhaps to show the existing config instead if one exists?

Might want to also add sub commands.. like
config->init //make the file
config->show //print
config->edit //open texteditor
