Dev Environment setup

• Install docker & docker-compose
  • Linux: https://docs.docker.com/install/linux/docker-ce/debian/ & https://docs.docker.com/compose/install/
  • Windows: https://docs.docker.com/docker-for-windows/install/
• Run docker-compose up to start the whole environment
• Server is available under http://127.0.0.1:3000
