Use Case

• more flexible if user wants to move files between without sync
• easier info to debug

Proposed Change

• add option to use Storage Access Framework on android to select external storage, or add menu to switch to available external storage in create/open local repo
• a warning/notification dialog to notify if git username and git email are not set yet

I don't think using Storage Access Framework is feasible because it doesn't use the standard file and path type, so we can't give the uri to libgit2. This would require copying the all directory to a cache storage, which is not ideal, since this app is supposed to be optimize for big repo.

can we still let app has grant access all files and folder permission to see external storage?
or we will get the same problem as storage assess framework?

Well, I didn't tested, but the app already have an option to access all storage on the phone and use any user directory
