Issue
Hello Wingflex team. I am using Xplane 11. I only use Toliss airbus A320 and A321 (with the ceo and NEO versions, latest updates). Like mentioned above, none of the v3.x.x.x versions of the wingflex software wings-bridge are working with XP11. When starting the application it does nothing, it even does not create a folder in the plugin folder of XP11. Bridge V2.5.1.13 is working in XP11 although with some issues. The RMP cube in the combo works but it sometimes disconnects and when I push buttons on the RMP it does nothing. After several pushes it wakes up again but after a bit it goes back sleeping again (A320 and A321). This happens with all the cubes in the stand, so also with the EFIS and FCU. They freeze, not all at the same time with sometimes the backlighting still working on the cube and sometimes the backlighting goes off but if you turn a knob or push a button it does nothing and after some time, sometimes 30 sec or more it works again. It happens during the whole flight about every 5 minutes, I also found a strange issue with the RMP in the A321. The knobs (TCAS) (Stby/auto/on) and (stby/ta/tara) are switched (dataref?). If i turn the knob on the RMP cube (stby/auto/on) it triggers and moves the (stby/ta/tara) switch in the sim and the same happens when i turn the knob on the RMP cube (stby/ta/tara) it moves the (stby/auto/on) switch in the simulator. I can't move the switch further to the right in the simulator(stby/ta/tara) because it returns to the position that the RMP cube gives. I use the EFIS FCU and RMP in the cube stand. I also use the OVH and the MCDU. On the OVH the 'align' text is not written when starting the ADIRS, there is written 'OFF' until the ADIRS are aligned.
Steps to Reproduce
I re installed the wings-bridge V2.5.1.3. I opened wings-bridge to test the equipment and even there the cubes don't respond with some time in between. Sometimes they freeze like in the simulator. No response at all when pushing/pulling or turning a knob and after +- 30 seconds, after that they respond for a little time and then it stops again. This is with the EFIS FCU and RMP, not with the mcdu and OVH panel.
Expected Result
I expect that the cubes should work without freezing. I don't know if it are the cubes or if it is the stand that maybe has a malfunction with the 3 usb wires
Actual Result
The result is that there could be or a software problem or a hardware problem within the cube stand electronics.
Workaround
No confirmed workaround at this time.
Notes
If I look in the Log.txt from Xplane 11, I can see the following line. I don't know if this is relevant information. For your information, i updated the C++ and followed the steps on the wingflex site.
Hereby the line of the log.txt:
XPluginReceiveMessage : Error Code = 127 : Kan opgegeven procedure niet vinden.(can't find the given procedure)
Loaded: D:\X-Plane 11/Resources/plugins/Wings-Bridge/win.xpl (com.wingflexsim.www).
Thanks,
Stef
