Rotary knob on RPM Wingfex doesn't work with A32NX from FBW

Bug description

Cockpit A32NX on the computer screen to RPM WingflexButton

When I rotate frequency rotary button (ref 1 in the picture ) on the PC screen with the mouse, the display is updated on the Wingflew RMP as well on the screen , all is fine

When I move frequency rotary knob on the RMP (ref 2 in the picture ) nothing happens: displays doesn’t change either on Cockpit A320NX FBW on the computer screen or on the RPM display

Wingflex` bride software version 2.5.1.13
The RMP runs well with the test software from Wingflex, no hardware issue

**Expected behavior
When I move the rotary button on RPM Wingflex, the frequency dispay on the cockpit must be updated on the flight instrumentation

I thought that it was an issue with the aircraft A32NX from FBW (FlyByWire )and I opened a ticket. They told me that the issus in not related to the aircraft:
flybywiresim/aircraft#10621

**Steps to reproduce

Connect the RPM from wingflex to the computeur
Choose the plane A320NX
Define a flight
Start the plane
Move the rotary knob on the RMP and notice no display update

V2.5.1.13 is obsolete and no longer maintained.

Wings bridge software V3.1.0.1

1. I download but it doesn't run as expected
2. I launched it
3. the main window appears
4. The three hardware (RPM, FCU and EFIS) are recognized=> the three pictures appear on the screen
5. When I click on one of them, deosn't matter which one, the sofware remains freezed, nothing happens

I tried the previous version to give more details

Wings bridge software V3.1.0.0

1. The software run perfectly
2. The different hardware(RPM, FCU and EFIS) can be monitored
3. The current issue is solved in the cockpit aircraft in the simulator
   **4. But I run into a new issue, the standby Nav buttons have not effect in the cockpit of the aircraft was ok with the version the 2.5.1.13 **

I verified the version 3.1.0.2.

I verified the version 3.1.0.2 again, I finally find why the software was frozen

1. It works almost perfectly with microsoft Visual C++ 2025 Redistributable v14.44.35211

=> the hadware is flashing with the bridge software but buttons can be verified anyway on the screen

=> I need to check each button in the cockpit, the initial issue seems working fine as well for the pb of nav buttons

3. It doesn't work with microsoft Visual C++ 2025 Redistributable v14.51.36247
   => software frozen

Let me keep you aware to give you a complete detailled feedback of the behaviour in the cockpit

Hi ,

I’d like to apologise. I ran version 3.1.0.2 again with the same configuration namely, Redistributable v14.44.35211 installed – but the problem has reoccurred.

Same behaviour with the version 3.1.0.1

1. The window opens.
2. The three hardware images appeart, but the software is already frozen.

6. When I click on one of them, the software freezes and all the devices are switched off.

Version 3.1.0.0 still controls the three devices correctly in standalone mode (just bridge software et devices connected)

Please let me know how I can best resolve this.
