Adds a new stub deploy guide for is*hosting under guides/deploy/.

• public/logos/ishosting.svg — logomark (optimized SVG)
• src/data/logos.ts — registry entry for the logo
• src/content/docs/en/guides/deploy/ishosting.mdx — English-only stub with a factual one-line description and an Official Resources link to our "Astro on a VPS" guide

is*hosting has been approved by the Astro partnerships team (Sarah). Happy to adjust format or shape as needed.

I left two suggestions. One for consistency, and another regarding the logo. I feel it isn't well integrated among the other logos. Usually, a padding of 0 works best for logos that are already rounded and we might want some padding here.
