Adds maintenance scripts for the Z-Shell Tracker org project (#28):

Scripts

• scripts/sync-labels.sh — applies the canonical 21-label set to all org repos via gh label create --force
• scripts/add-project-workflow.sh — rolls out .github/workflows/project-tracker.yml to every repo (opens PRs)
• scripts/repos.txt — auto-generated list of all 94 z-shell org repos

Applied the linked review-thread fixes in commits 4f61ec0 and c00fab3: fixed the revolver parent-process check (proper kill -s 0 usage with PID validation), updated remaining install.sh raw URLs from z-shell/zi-src to z-shell/src, and synced lib/checksum.txt.
