Perhaps just the ABS tests need to be disabled on Python 3.9:

FAILED zarr/tests/test_storage_v3.py::TestABSStoreV3::test_pickle - azure.core.exceptions.HttpResponseError: Internal Server Error

Perhaps just the ABS tests need to be disabled on Python 3.9:
