Bring the newly merged canonical asdf CLI into
agent/den-1468-devbox-flox-current-mainbefore merging #122. The product slices do not overlap: #122 adds the standalone deterministic Devbox/Flox export module, binary, docs, tests, and workflow, while currentmainadds canonical asdf dispatcher routing. This PR intentionally targets the feature branch.
