Closed as superseded by #131
The materialized product files match #131's exporter and real-CLI reserved-path regression byte-for-byte. PR #131 is now the canonical branch because it was rebuilt as one ordinary product commit on the operation-lock determinism repair and explicitly composes the newer task-runtime, project-lock, lock-waiter, and pack-input module exports.
No unique reviewed product behavior is being discarded. Continue validation and merge work on #131; do not revive this materializer lineage.
