Superseded by #117, which reconstructs the feature as one semantic commit directly on current
main, preserves the modern modular CLI dispatcher, fixes complete root-help/completion composition, adds offline command ownership/uninstall tests, and introduces a permanent Linux/macOS/Windows certification workflow.The old branch was hundreds of commits behind and is intentionally closed rather than resolving conflicts by choosing either side wholesale.
