almost perfect migration

Migrated today from ezsp serial-over-ethernet connected hub to sonoff's ezsp dongle today using zigpy. At first glance everything worked right — lights and sensors reported properly, relays switched. Nothing had to be re-paired.

Then one of my relays stopped responding to commands, but kept reporting it's state when driven manually.
Eventually figured out that this happens when my ikea lamp (which is router as well) is on and the switch is connected to it directly instead of the hub. When the lamp is off, the switch behaves properly. Same applies for two sonoff TRVs.

Any hints how to remedy the problem with minimum resets and re-configs?

Can you take a backup of both your new coordinator and the old one and upload both files?

I also get one stubborn CRC error

If you are using ZHA, you should use the migration interface to migrate. The problem you're experiencing is because your adapter requires an explicit setting to burn in the write-once IEEE address and the migration did not do this. This is logged as a warning during migration.

If you're not using ZHA, re-migrate with your original backup file but edit two things:

1. Change the frame counter from 60,000-something to 90,000. You used your network a bit after migrating so the original frame counter will roll back if you migrate again with the old backup.
2. Edit the backup and add "i_understand_i_can_update_eui64_only_once_and_i_still_want_to_do_it": true to stack_specific.ezsp.

thanks, I did it manually. I did get the warning. Once I flash this address, is the old hub getting useless as two radios will have the same address?

You can probably run it on a different channel. Or change its IEEE address in a backup and overwrite it to be something else.
