第 5 章 Skill 目录结构说明增强：

  • 新增 Skill 目录结构说明表格，详细说明 SKILL.md、scripts/、references/、assets/ 各路径的作用和是否必须
  • 添加 SKILL.md 样例过渡说明，引导读者理解后续代码示例
  • 修复加粗字体格式问题（**第一个作用** 等处补充空格）

为什么需要 / Why

  • 初学者对 Skill 目录结构缺乏直观认识，仅展示文件树不足以说明每个目录的用途
  • 表格形式清晰呈现"路径 / 是否必须 / 说明"三列信息，降低理解门槛
  • 格式修复提升文档可读性和专业度

验证方式 / Validation

  • 已检查 Markdown 渲染格式正确
  • 已检查表格在桌面和移动端可读性
