This PR adds missing Simplified Chinese translations to values-zh-rCN/strings.xml, covering modules like About, File Manager, ATC Wizard, and SDK Manager.
Follows existing translation style and terminology consistency.
Preserves all format placeholders (e.g., %1$s, %d) and XML structure.
Skips non-translatable strings (marked translatable="false").
