I'm currently a freelance computational researcher. Previous affiliations include Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics & Universitat Basel (Biozentrum) as well as City, University of London (Department of Mathematics).

I am mostly interested in the application of math/stat modelling and machine learning methods to research problems. High-quality scientific software engineering is my speciality. I care about FAIR, reproducible research and Open Science.
