Summary

RAG impact: no retrieval behaviour change — ledger reconcile and documentation only.

Verification

  • npm run check:outstanding-issuesLedger inbox check passed: 0 pending request(s), 234 applied. · Outstanding-issues guard passed: 358 rows (104 open, 254 archived) … no ids deleted from base 981d85de0301.
  • npm run check:ledger-write-disciplineLedger write discipline passed for 981d85de0301..HEAD.
  • npm run verify:pr-local -- --files <all changed> docs scope — completed: … check:branch-review-ledger, check:outstanding-issues, check:ledger-write-discipline — failed: (none).

Risk and rollout

  • Risk: minimal — canonical ledger transaction plus docs. Do not use GitHub's "Update branch" on this PR; if main gains new inbox requests before merge, close this and re-run one fresh reconcile.
  • Rollback: revert the squash commit. Provider or production effects: None

… record the S1d canary/#2065 revert state
One fresh-base issues:reconcile over the complete pending inbox (17 requests,
2 cancellation decisions): closes #J912J9 (governance question) and #0MSNT8
(G1 task) via G1 PR #2053, closes #6BG9X2 (R2+R3) via S1c PR #2052; adds the
three S5 adversarial-divergence pins, the RAG_TELEMETRY_EXTENDED owner
decision, and the non-RAG captures queued since #2045. HANDOVER: G1 merged
(125e985), S1d merged with its red canary bisected to #2065 (revert PR
#2088), S1c follow-up note, S2 blocker re-keyed; COORDINATION §7 wave-1
status. Visual register refreshed.

Warning

Review limit reached

You’ve reached a temporary PR review limit under our Fair Usage Limits Policy.

Your recent review volume is higher than typical usage, so adaptive limits are currently applied.

Next review available in:3 seconds

Limit details: You’ve used all 1 included review currently available under your plan. You completed 99 included PR reviews in the past 7 days; at that activity level, included reviews refill at 1 review per hour.

Your organization has reached its usage spending cap. Adjust your spending cap in the billing tab.

How can I continue?

After more reviews become available, a review can be triggered using the @coderabbitai review command as a PR comment. Alternatively, push new commits to this PR.

To avoid repeated limits, reduce automatic review volume by pausing incremental auto-reviews earlier, using label-based review opt-in, excluding WIP or generated PR titles, or requesting reviews manually when the PR is ready. If your team needs uninterrupted high-volume reviews, an organization admin can enable usage-based reviews.

How do review limits work?

CodeRabbit enforces per-developer PR review limits for each organization. Most developers receive the normal plan review availability.

For paid Pro and Pro+ PR reviews, CodeRabbit uses adaptive limits for sustained high-volume activity. When a developer's recent PR review activity reaches the 95th percentile or higher among CodeRabbit users, additional reviews become available more gradually as earlier reviews age out of the rolling window.

Please refer docs for additional details.
