Standardize validation errors across dashboard forms so users receive clear information about what needs to be corrected.

Acceptance Criteria

Validation messages identify the affected field.

Errors are associated with their corresponding controls.

Error states are accessible to screen readers.

Invalid fields can be identified without relying solely on colour.
