Add Request ID Middleware

Description

Introduce request identifiers for API requests to make individual requests traceable across logs.

Acceptance Criteria

Each incoming request receives an identifier.

The identifier is included in relevant logs.

Responses expose the identifier where appropriate.

Client-supplied IDs are validated before reuse.

I have experience with backend APIs, middleware, logging, and request tracing. For this issue, I would introduce request identifiers for incoming API requests, validate any client-provided IDs before reuse, propagate the identifier through relevant logs, and expose it in responses where appropriate. I would follow the project’s existing middleware and logging patterns and add focused tests covering generation, propagation, and validation behavior. I’m available to start immediately and can submit a PR within 1–2 days.
