refactor(wear): remove legacy view resources

Removes wearable XML resources that belonged to the deleted View-based screens.

What was added

• Removal of activity, picker, row, menu, graph, and stop-screen layouts.
• Removal of unused control and sensor drawables.
• Updated launcher artwork and a retained overflow icon for the Compose menu.

How it works

Wear Compose components now define layout, shape, spacing, and controls in Kotlin. Only resources still needed by Android launchers or Compose resource loading remain, reducing duplication between XML and the new presentation layer.
