refactor(wearlib): remove legacy handlers and resources

Removes the monolithic WearOsLib implementation after consumers moved to the typed connectivity, file, and protocol APIs.

What was added

• Removal of legacy handler, listener, notification, storage, state, dialog, and sync-service classes.
• Removal of obsolete sync layouts, drawables, strings, fonts, and placeholder tests.
• Updated manifest and constants for the smaller library surface.

How it works

Phone and wearable modules now depend on the repository, transfer-client, and command-codec interfaces introduced earlier in the stack. Google Play Services adapters provide the platform transport, so the library no longer owns UI dialogs or a second synchronization service.
