We need to test both master & gcloud branches.

• README
• Travis for checking that it builds Gcloud use java repo tools #8 Lint the getting started sample. #7
• Travis for linting with checkstyle Gcloud use java repo tools #8 Lint the getting started sample. #7
• Travis unit and integration tests
• Jenkins deployment tests
• Remove build.xml
