feat(engine): per-subtree time remapping

**Backlog:** a `time_scale`/`time_offset` on containers remapping ctx.time for a subtree (slow-motion/replay of a group without touching each child). Needs design: interaction with start_at windows, stagger, timeline states. Schedule after the audio wave.
