refactor: document windows + miscellanous features

Objective

With the new implementation of WindowRegistry and DockingRegistry the handling of document windows is simpler.
But there are still some features missing, like the ability to remove a window, dock a new window to an existing one upon creation etc...
The scene and editor scene are also missing some core features from the back end

Acceptance Criteria

• 1. Add a way to dock a window upon creation and remove windows
• 2. Implement the miscellaneous feature in the scene tree
• 3. Implement the miscellaneous feature in the editor scene
