fix: strange padding in the console with certain logs

Objective

I noticed some logs are not properly aligned in the console
See the screenshot below :

Dont know if its because of the new LOG_ONCE of it is recurring

Acceptance Criteria

• 1. The logs should have the same padding everywhere

Fixed.
It was because we were calculating the padding only based on the current log message, and not on the overall log level selection.
