TCS is an initialism for Time Consistent Simulator and is a research platform designed to explore the application of temporal constraints within robotic simulation. If spoken as an acronym, it would probably be called TiCS.
It is designed and built on vanilla Ubuntu 12.04. Refer to the LICENSE file for licensing information
