Implements #108. Import existed; export now does too.

  • JSONL (backup): first record is a versioned tcode_thread header carrying session metadata and an explicit privacy policy (attachments: references_only, redaction: none); the rest is the native append-only event log byte-for-byte. import_thread recognizes the format, validates it, and installs the log under a fresh session id — export → import round-trips into an equivalent folded timeline (tested).
  • Markdown (reading): reuses render_relay_transcript as the canonical walker with its size cap disabled; deterministic output (tested: two exports are byte-identical; a 512-tool thread keeps first and last activity).
  • Safety: native save panel (overwrite confirmation built in); off-UI-thread via the approved host unblock path after draining the store write barrier; atomic same-directory temp-file + rename; localized success/error events; source session never modified.
  • Privacy: attachments referenced by recorded path, never embedded; no automatic redaction — stated explicitly in the header and module docs.
  • Exposed in the thread context menu and command palette (en + zh-CN).

Gates: fmt / clippy -D warnings / full workspace tests — green locally.

Closes#108

reports errors without touching the source session. Exposed from the

Closes#108

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

JSONL: a versioned tcode_thread header (session meta + explicit
attachments/redaction policy) followed by the native append-only event
log; import_thread recognizes it and installs the log under a fresh
session identity, so exports round-trip. Markdown: reuses the relay
transcript renderer with its cap disabled, plus deterministic metadata
and attachment-reference sections. Export runs off the UI thread behind
the store write barrier, writes atomically via temp-file rename, and
reports errors without touching the source session. Exposed from the
thread menu and command palette behind the native save panel.
