There was no way to change the scaling on the chord plots. Or the color palette. This remedies those issues.
Not wanting to change the entire plotting structure and create a new app, the settings will be located in the menu bar under a 'Settings'. Also, the "re-plotting" is done by plotting the scaled version in an entirely new figure and closing the old ones.

There was no way to change the scaling on the chord plots. Or the color palette. This remedies those issues.

Not wanting to change the entire plotting structure and create a new app, the settings will be located in the menu bar under a 'Settings'. Also, the "re-plotting" is done by plotting the scaled version in an entirely new figure and closing the old ones.
