This is messy because it's multiple PRs cherry-picked and then brought together.

  1. Add nla.gfx.colorSelector to create a colormap modal for FC plot, edge plot, and chords
  2. Add nla.gfx.scaleSelector for the same only for scale
  3. Add an input parameter to MatrixPlot for if the plot is being generated within an app window (the network result) or not
  4. Add color choices to the chord plots
  5. Add parameter changing options to all the chord options
  6. Add colormap, upper, and lower values to chord properties
  7. Add functional wrappers for scale changes to MatrixPlot and ChordPlotter (poor naming there, way to go code-monkey) to take changes from pop-up modals and apply

This is messy because it's multiple PRs cherry-picked and then brought together.
  1. Add nla.gfx.colorSelector to create a colormap modal for FC plot, edge plot, and chords
  2. Add nla.gfx.scaleSelector for the same only for scale
  3. Add an input parameter to MatrixPlot for if the plot is being generated within an app window (the network result) or not
  4. Add color choices to the chord plots
  5. Add parameter changing options to all the chord options
  6. Add colormap, upper, and lower values to chord properties
  7. Add functional wrappers for scale changes to MatrixPlot and ChordPlotter (poor naming there, way to go code-monkey) to take changes from pop-up modals and apply
