* KW helped me with comments for review on the AutSPACEs paper
* KW: Keen to keep this momentum up!
* MB helped with guidance on staying focused and what I need to do for the next two months of the posting
* KW: Glad it was useful.

#### What did you achieve?

* I made progress on the AutSPACEs paper (fixed abstract, background and wrote methods section mainly, started work on Technical Validation) and got to understand the purpose of the paper more as I was writing it
* Started bullet pointing the EPR, aligning behaviours and competencies to work I've achieved during the posting so far
* KW: Great stuff - really helpful to do early!!

#### What did you struggle with?

* As I enter writing mode leading up to the finishing of the papers and the EPR report, I need to be rigorous and set up (and stick to) a pomodoro for some focused writing every day.
* KW: Really useful conversation in the meeting.
* I hope AR & SB are able to recommend some techniques that work for them and could work for you too 🌻

#### What would you like to work on next week?

* Continue the AutSPACEs paper - make a figure for the cycle of data collection on PP
* Understand, track and begin evaluating the comments from the review of the DECOVID paper
* Continue writing the EPR report and have a draft ready for some initial comments
* Attend the Management Development Programme: Your Impact on Others workshop and take away some useful guidance on the topic
* KW: Fab! I hope this is fun! (Please share with me anything you think really helps!)
* Start the weekly Secondment Behaviour Sessions

* I helped SL facilitate the AutSPACEs community meet up by keeping time and taking notes
 * KW: Thank you for this 🙏

#### Who helped you this week?

* KW helped me with comments for review on the AutSPACEs paper 
 * KW: Keen to keep this momentum up!
* MB helped with guidance on staying focused and what I need to do for the next two months of the posting
 * KW: Glad it was useful.

#### What did you achieve?

* I made progress on the AutSPACEs paper (fixed abstract, background and wrote methods section mainly, started work on Technical Validation) and got to understand the purpose of the paper more as I was writing it 
* Started bullet pointing the EPR, aligning behaviours and competencies to work I've achieved during the posting so far 
 * KW: Great stuff - really helpful to do early!!

#### What did you struggle with?

* As I enter writing mode leading up to the finishing of the papers and the EPR report, I need to be rigorous and set up (and stick to) a pomodoro for some focused writing every day.
 * KW: Really useful conversation in the meeting.
 * I hope AR & SB are able to recommend some techniques that work for them and could work for you too 🌻

#### What would you like to work on next week?

* Continue the AutSPACEs paper - make a figure for the cycle of data collection on PP 
* Understand, track and begin evaluating the comments from the review of the DECOVID paper
* Continue writing the EPR report and have a draft ready for some initial comments 
* Attend the Management Development Programme: Your Impact on Others workshop and take away some useful guidance on the topic 
 * KW: Fab! I hope this is fun! (Please share with me anything you think really helps!)
* Start the weekly Secondment Behaviour Sessions
