Replacement for #462 after the temporary revert in #478.

This restores the browser runtime rollout and additionally:

  • reuses an installed SLAB app instead of downloading it on every setup
  • verifies the installed app code signature and bundle identifier before launch
  • removes retired webcmd-usage references from the Aider and Cline docs

Validation:

  • npm run build
  • npm test — 194 test files passed; 3,496 tests passed, 1 skipped
  • independent review: no blocking or important findings

Replacement for #462 after the temporary revert in #478.
This restores the browser runtime rollout and additionally:
  • reuses an installed SLAB app instead of downloading it on every setup
  • verifies the installed app code signature and bundle identifier before launch
  • removes retired webcmd-usage references from the Aider and Cline docs
Validation:
  • npm run build
  • npm test — 194 test files passed; 3,496 tests passed, 1 skipped
  • independent review: no blocking or important findings
