Still waiting on a local build to make sure the book edits are good.

Most of the time, there was enough context to find a mail thread with a similar name. Other times, there was no context to the discussion that was being referenced. For those I couldn't figure out, I just dropped the references. I don't personally see any problem with the links I've dropped. Please anyone remembers what the discussions being referenced were :)
