main's format gate is red since #2406 landed a stray
;in prompt-optimization-loop-replay-identity.test.ts (run 9a81132: format job failure). One-line Biome format restore, no behavior change. Unblocks the 0.1.7 release train (#2409, which inherits the red gate otherwise).
