chore(desktop): clear the knip debris left by the voice and test-suite removals

Main's typecheck lane (npx knip --workspace apps/desktop) currently fails on the tip — two recent removals landed green individually but their combination left orphans:

• test: drop low-value import-boundary guard and CSS-contract suites #2425 trimmed the CSS-contract suites but left css-test-helpers.ts carrying the whole parsing stack they consumed (assertCssRuleDecls, parseCssBlocks, cssRuleBody, the PostCSS block-walker cluster). Only readAllRendererCss (via contract-css-helpers.ts) still has callers — the file now holds exactly that chain. The postcss devDependency's last consumer was the deleted parser, so it goes too.
• chore: remove product Voice module end-to-end #2426 removed the Voice module end to end; its settings page (voice-settings-page.tsx) was the sole importer of provider-connection-dialog.tsx, which became an unused file.

No behavior change — everything deleted had zero remaining consumers (verified by grep and by knip going to zero findings on both governed workspaces).

Checks run locally: knip (both workspaces) ✓, desktop suite 1735/1735 ✓, renderer/main typecheck ✓, dead-CSS ✓, console/a11y/copy ✓, biome format+lint ✓.

Note: #2418's CI is currently red on exactly this pre-existing breakage (its merge ref picks up main's tip); it should go green once this lands.
