• apply deterministic Biome formatting to the remaining reported test files;
• remove an orphaned desktop test helper deleted tests no longer consume;
• make an internally used development executable constant private;
• allow the Windows continuation-recovery child up to 30 seconds to reach its durable failpoint boundary (the failed run needed about 11 seconds while the old internal limit was 10 seconds), and align the five-case harness budget to 180 seconds. Assertions and non-Windows limits are unchanged.
