All five rounds shipped (#681 Chip, #686 Item, #689 PageHeader, #701 StatTile, #703/#704 SectionHeader + EmptyState inline). ActionRow closed with rationale: settingsActionRow is already the shared implementation; the module clusters carry distinct pinned layouts. Every family now has one primitive + contract pins + the CI alignment auditor.
