Problem

The evolution prompt always displayed https://github.com/argszero/emrg.git as the source repository, even when evolving external projects (from projects.yml). This was misleading — an external project's evolution would reference the wrong repo.

Fix

  • Renamed template variable {emrg_repo_url} → {repo_url}
  • repo_url is computed per project:
    • External project with repo field: https://github.com/{owner}/{repo}.git
    • Fallback (no repo field / self-evolution): EMRG_REPO_URL

Examples

Verification

  • 149 tests pass ✅
  • Prompt generation verified for all 3 cases ✅
  • Import + CLI OK ✅
  • Zero conflict markers ✅
