emrg: bump version to v0.2.55 (release: #868 #869 #870)

Version bump 0.2.54 -> 0.2.55, covering PRs #868 (daemon all-path stop logging), #869 (scheduler workspace self-heal removal) and #870 (TUI multi-line message fix) which merged after v0.2.54.

Changes (8 files / 9 refs, same set as the v0.2.54 bump):

• emrg/__init__.py, pyproject.toml, uv.lock -> 0.2.55
• emrg/gui/package.json + package-lock.json -> 0.2.55
• packaging/make-installer.sh, make-run-installer.sh, build-runtime.sh fallback -> 0.2.55
