New upstream SHA: a6797b3b97dca6b6941574ff062d069c45c89b9a

Incoming commits

Review

Risk: server persistence/projection behavior and tests. The batch makes projection bootstrap request the full unapplied event backlog and adds a regression covering more than the default 1,000-event read limit. It also removes a duplicate VCS test. No dependencies, manifests, workflows, release destinations, identity, authentication, subprocess, filesystem boundary, contracts, provider, or Riker-owned files changed.

Conflicts: none. The merge preserves the fork governance boundary and all Riker-owned behavior unchanged.

Capability delta: none. Lead Agent turns remain provider-agnostic at the T3 presentation boundary. No stock provider/model enum controls Native Harness selection, and GitHub Copilot remains available under CMD Riker Model Policy. The mandatory contracts, gateway, bridge, resolver, and server routing tests passed.

All checks ran in an isolated detached execution checkout at tested head 27fb9d71592580124e566540e0dad7c3fca5cc4d.

Review
Risk: server persistence/projection behavior and tests. The batch makes projection bootstrap request the full unapplied event backlog and adds a regression covering more than the default 1,000-event read limit. It also removes a duplicate VCS test. No dependencies, manifests, workflows, release destinations, identity, authentication, subprocess, filesystem boundary, contracts, provider, or Riker-owned files changed.
Conflicts: none. The merge preserves the fork governance boundary and all Riker-owned behavior unchanged.
Capability delta: none. Lead Agent turns remain provider-agnostic at the T3 presentation boundary. No stock provider/model enum controls Native Harness selection, and GitHub Copilot remains available under CMD Riker Model Policy. The mandatory contracts, gateway, bridge, resolver, and server routing tests passed.
Verification
All checks ran in an isolated detached execution checkout at tested head 27fb9d71592580124e566540e0dad7c3fca5cc4d.

  • server Lead Agent tests - passed, 2 tests
  • contracts typecheck - passed
