Closing: this group raises Microsoft.CodeAnalysis.CSharp from 4.8.0 to 5.9.0, which would drop the analyzer's Roslyn 4.8 floor (docs/decisions/0011). The dependabot config now ignores minor and major updates to that package. The Test.Sdk bump will come back on its own.
