Bump Ateam to 0.1.61 for the desktop release, recording the version in both the package manifest and Bun lockfile.
Includes GitHub issue sync in Backlog (#254), terminal scroll fixes (#253), mobile conversation fixes (#252), Codex automatic approval review (#251), project removal from the sidebar (#250), sidebar status improvements (#249), and updated-first task ordering (#248).
Validation: feature CI passed; signed and notarized macOS packaging is being verified before publication.
