Description

The changelog for 4.7.0 is missing.

php admin/create-new-changelog.php 4.6.x 4.7.0

Checklist:

  • Securely signed commits
  • Component(s) with PHPDoc blocks, only if necessary or adds value
  • Unit testing, with >80% coverage
  • User guide updated
  • Conforms to style guide
