Can we reduce the changes so this PR touches Russian language only? I am seeing other languages having their translations commented out.

Yes. This translation made only for the Russian language.
The other languages were not translated, but the strings were synchronized so that the extension could keep the available translation for other languages. These changes are related to updating the ".pot" file. Outdated lines were excluded and new ones were included, as well some line numbers were updated.

Can we reduce the changes so this PR touches Russian language only? I am seeing other languages having their translations commented out.

Yes. This translation made only for the Russian language.

The other languages were not translated, but the strings were synchronized so that the extension could keep the available translation for other languages. These changes are related to updating the ".pot" file. Outdated lines were excluded and new ones were included, as well some line numbers were updated.

I would be glad to accept a PR with the Russian language changes only. The changes to the other languages show many lines being commented out (removed) which would break them.
