Summary

Make the controls discoverable without requiring the user guide during setup or at the circuit.

Acceptance criteria

• Show the Ready-screen and configuration gestures in a concise walkthrough.
• Allow replay from the Ready screen and skip on startup.
• Persist completion so the tutorial is not forced repeatedly.
• Keep every instruction readable within the round display.
• Add navigation and layout tests.
