Summary

  • dev plan new --org scaffolds a Target repos: line (with an explanatory HTML comment; blank is inert) — org plans usually span repos, and the line narrows /split's routing menu.
  • The ai-flow skill gains the Target repos: guidance for canonizing multi-repo plans and a remote-lifecycle section (/ask, /edit, /split --dry/--apply, /build) pointing at ai-flow's new docs/commands.md and docs/plan-lifecycle.md; dev's README plan bullet links there instead of re-explaining.

Part of d3mlabs/ai-flow#2 (implemented by d3mlabs/ai-flow#3).

Test plan

  • test/dev/plan/accessor_test.rb — 17 tests, 0 failures (asserts the scaffolded line on issue and plan file)

Summary
  • dev plan new --org scaffolds a Target repos: line (with an explanatory HTML comment; blank is inert) — org plans usually span repos, and the line narrows /split's routing menu.
  • The ai-flow skill gains the Target repos: guidance for canonizing multi-repo plans and a remote-lifecycle section (/ask, /edit, /split --dry/--apply, /build) pointing at ai-flow's new docs/commands.md and docs/plan-lifecycle.md; dev's README plan bullet links there instead of re-explaining.
Part of d3mlabs/ai-flow#2 (implemented by d3mlabs/ai-flow#3).
Test plan
  • test/dev/plan/accessor_test.rb — 17 tests, 0 failures (asserts the scaffolded line on issue and plan file)
