Turned out that this causes SelectCoinsMinConf to (unnecessary) lean towards selecting mempool txes which can cause "too long mempool chain" error even when there are more funds to spend.

Turned out that this causes SelectCoinsMinConf to (unnecessary) lean towards selecting mempool txes which can cause "too long mempool chain" error even when there are more funds to spend.
