This avoids a few rare timeouts when part of the network only sees a new TX via a block while the other part has seen it via the mempool.

This avoids a few rare timeouts when part of the network only sees a new TX via a block while the other part has seen it via the mempool.

This avoids a few rare timeouts when part of the network only sees a new TX via a block while the other part has seen it via the mempool.
